Photographer Girls' Nite!

Last night we had the first ever Lebanon area Photographer Girls' Nite at Painturo's! (Painturo's is one of my family's favorite places, and if you haven't been there, check them out!) I had for a long time wanted to get to know the other professional photographers in my area, and I finally just emailed them all and said, "Let's get together!" Not everyone could make it, of course, but there were 5 of us and we had fun, I think. We stayed and chatted for so long that the sweet employees finally asked us to leave... we lost all track of time! I had a blast, ladies! So here's what happens when 5 photogs try to take a picture of themselves:
Here we are! in front: Melissa Masters, back: me (Heather Wamble), Janice Abbott, Karrie Porter, & Amy Rich.

Another Baby Planner ~ Nine Month Session

This is another Miss "E"... isn't she beautiful? I love the picture of three generations of beautiful women! Thanks for being so great, y'all!

Miss E. ~ Baby Plan Six Month Session

Here is Miss E.'s six month session... her mommy has been anxious for a sneeky peek!!! I love my baby planners ~ what a joy to watch them grow! They grow up so fast, and it's so much fun for me to document their first year with photography! Miss E.'s mommy wanted this shoot to be at their home, so E.'s daddy could be there, too. I think she's growing up into quite the young lady, don't you? Love ya! ~Heather Photobucket PhotobucketPhotobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Grandparents Day ~ Special Session & Contest Offering

Photobucket Grandparents are such a blessing! Wouldn't you agree? You know Grandparents Day is in September? Many people don't know that there even is a Grandparents Day! Yet To Be wants to help you change that!

In celebration of Grandparent's Day, Yet To Be is announcing a sweet idea... Grandparents Day Sessions. What a sweet idea! How special would it be to give Grandparents a session with their grandchildren! Even if Grandma doesn't want to have her picture made, remind her that it will be such a gift for her grandchild to have one day... so her grandchild can show his grandchildren how special his grandparents were to him when he was a child.
How do you get a Yet To Be Grandparent's Day Session? Well, you could do it the regular way: Call us up at 615.415.4227 and book your session. Or, you could send in your story of why the grandparents you want to honor with a Granparent's Day session are just so special to you, along with a snapshot of them. The pictures must be snapshots original to you, not professional portraits. Deadline to enter is this Friday, August 29. If your grandparent(s) are chosen, then they'll receive a session compliments of Yet To Be, along with a free 8x10... (a $100 value).
Want to just book a Grandparent's Day session? Cost is $75 for session and gift print. Gift certificates are available, too. What a thoughtful gift!

Christmas Greetings!

You know what's just around the corner? Christmas! I know, I know... I couldn't believe it when I saw Christmas being brought out at Big Lots the other day! The Wilson County Fair isn't even over yet, and I'm blogging about Christmas Cards.
Just wanted you to have a sneeky peek at some of the cards I'm offering this year. I love these designs from a very talented designer- the red and blue layers are interchangeable. I love that red & chocolate combo for my family's card this year! The last one of my boys looks really sweet, don't you think? (Thanks to Alison Bynum for my family pics!)
If you've had a session any time in 2008, we can create Christmas or other greetings for you from your session's images. If you haven't had a session with me (or want another one!), I'll be doing a set of Special Edition shoots soon, so be watching the blog and website! (That might be the way you choose to create your cards!) ~Heather
